Ultrasound - Heart (Echocardiography)
Echocardiography is an ultrasound technique for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, i.e. diseases of the heart valves, heart chambers, congenital heart diseases, coronary heart diseases, cardiomyopathy (heart muscle disorders), pericardial disorders.
Ultrasound - Abdomen
The ultrasound examination of the abdomen is used to detect disorders of the organs in the abdominal cavity, such as the liver, kidneys, pancreas, abdominal aorta, lymph nodes, prostate, and individual structures of the intestine.
Doppler Ultrasound examinations
Used to measure blood flow to the extremities, i.e. early detection or defining the stage of disease in peripheral blood vessels. This examination is particularly indicated for patients with diabetes, high blood pressure and for smokers.
Ultrasound - Thyroid
For the detection of benign and malignant diseases of the thyroid gland, such as enlarged thyroid, lumps and cystic changes.
Ultrasound - Prostate
Detection of changes in size and tissue.
