Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring

imageAmbulatory blood pressure monitoring

This examination is carried out during a patient's normal, everyday life by wearing the ambulatory blood pressure monitor on their arm for up to 24 hours. Blood pressure is measured at rest and during exercise, while the heart rate is also recorded. These measurements can be useful to diagnose high blood pressure disorders and control their therapy.
